Biggest challenge: The weather! It was cloudy that day and the weather forecast was mitigated. However we decided to stick to plan A. It started to rain a bit 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, but it magically stopped just when guests arrived!

Fun fact: “I am going to marry that girl”! That’s what the Groom said to one of his closest friends right after the Bride and Groom spoke for the first time! This friend was chosen as the celebrant of the wedding.

The detail that makes the difference: The small, minimalistic three fold booklet as part of the Bride and Groom welcome pack in which a watercolor illustration of Gordes created by the stationery designer highlighted the three relevant wedding events locations as well as other attraction recommendations we had prepared for the guests.
